Taro Chips

Today I would like to share my snack TARO chips.

What I like about them is: it's a vegetable :)

Taro is delightfully nutty in flavor and lightly sprinkled with salt.
Also known as malanga and dasheen, is distinguished by it's characteristic
purplish-brown lines. A native to southeast Asia, it was first cultivated
over 4000 years ago, and introduced across the Pacific by ancestors
of the Polynesians.

My children loves them!

My day was wonderful, I had my hair done, cut and highlights. So relaxing
Now it's time for a movie and some Taro chips ;)
