What is a Corebar?
A Corebar is a weighted fitness bar with a bend at both ends in order to alleviate any possible pain in your neck and shoulders while you exercise.
It comes in three different sizes:
Light weight, 2.2lbs, is best suited for beginners.
Medium weight, 4.4lbs, can be used by those already in training, or for beginners who are ready to progress
Heavy weight, 6.6lbs, is best suited for intermediate or advanced exercisers.
Why is this method so effective?
This method is a combination of aerobic, strength and balance training. Your core is activated at all times. Your core is made up of the muscles in your back, abdominal and pelvis.
Why is it important to work your core?
Your core is your midsection or your center. A strong core keeps your body upright and gives you good posture and balance. Good posture can alleviate pain in your neck and shoulders.
A strong abdominal section can minimize or totally get rid of back pain. So Corebar training will not only give you flatter and more attractive abs, it will increase your quality of life.
