Kolmarden

Hej

Nu har jag varit busig igen, klockan blir sa sent varje kväll :)
åkte till kolmarden vid lunch tid, träffade upp Selma, hade en intervju med Expressen
och gjorde ett reportage med delfinerna som finns har på kolmarden.
Kelade med delfinerna, vi pussades gjorde konster blev nerskvatt, jag ar kar......
Hade middag med ett kul gäng kan tyvärr inte saga några namn hemligt.

Hej

Min dag har bestatt av viktiga möten hela dagen, mycket information samtidigt, kändes lite rörig i slutet av dagen. Många beslut att ta.

Today I was in meetings all day, alot of information to take in, very draining mentaly. Many decisions to make.

In my own private concerns with mankind, I have observed that to kick a little when under imposition, has good effect. A little sturdiness when superiors are much wrong, sometimes occasions consideration. And there is thruth in the old saying, that if you make yourself a sheep, the wolves will eat you.

I am having some problems uploading pictures, when the problem is solved they will be back on. I am very sorry ;(

Birthday Party

I just want to thank everybody for the greatest birthday ever ;)
All the flowers oh my god I never saw so many, all the beautiful notes and wishes, from so many pepole it's mind blowing.

My day was filed with love. I want to say thank you to the following people.

Raison D'etre

Hi Everybody

Started my day with being scrubbed & wrapped @ Raison D'etre. After hot birch compresses on your feet comes a soft, deep exfoliation with Garshana gloves. Then the cocoon of Nordic lake silt wrap. Rich in proteins, minerals and oxygen, the silt not only cleanses but enhances circulation, balances hormones, tackles cellulites and eases inflammation or pain in the joints. While it works, you relax with a lymphatic face massage. Went into the steamroom scrubbed all the wrap of, felt like a new human being, so nice. Followed by 90 min massage.

Spoke to the Magazine Klick and Expressen.

Went shopping @ BR Toys, for my children Ethan & Elli, they will be so happy when they see what I bought them.

Had early dinner @ Sture Hof Restaurant. Gravad Lax with new mini potatoes delicious :) bought all my vitamins.

Finished my day by going to the GYM World Class, everybody was so nive to me.
Meet Carolina Gynning, she is very beautiful & nice :)

Hej Allihopa

Idag börja jag dagen med att träna på World Class Gym, Tränade min kompis Johan Petre, han kommer nog att ha traningsvark imorgon ;)

Gick genom stan handla lite smått och gott från WESC.

Hade roomservice på Grand Hotel, mina favorit ragbullar med kokt skinka, 2 stekta agg och farskt mint tea. Gud vad jag njuter sa himla gott, frukosten ar sa viktig for mig.

Chatta med mina fans, jätte stressigt men kul ;)

Gjorde ett reportage for Expressen (ute idag tisdag).
Tog bilder med fans och skrev autografer kul ;)

Åkte ut till skargarden med 3 vanner, hade lunch sa kul, underbart väder idag.
Träffa min PR Max Lagerback, vi har alltid sa roliga skratt ihop Max. Vad skulle jag gjort utan dig???

Hade middag med min van Ann, hon ar en super go tjej, sa busig.

Många undrar hur bilderna blev på min son Ethan, när han var på besök hos FORD Models, sa nu far ni se min lilla älskling, Elli har också tagit bilder med dem. Visar det vid ett senare tillfälle Saknar mina barn jattemycket
Perfekt dag alltså, hur jag avsluta den kan jag tyvärr inte berätta, ni far använda er fantasi ;) ;)

Hej

Idag börja jag min dag med att få mitt hår stylat av Sofia Gerideby från Björn Axen.
Det blev så fint så, bra jobb :). Klockan 12 kom Uffe Ringblom från 2fotografer.se
vi gjorde en fitness fotografering, fina bilder.

Åkte till söder åt min kebab med vitloks sås mums vad gott, så typiskt svenskt :)
Där efter bar det av till THETARGET, så kul vi hade det, Nicklas Soderblom vann.
Åkte till hotellet hade eftermiddags ..... ha ha nu undrar ni vad ;)

Hade middag på BAR med Johan Petre, Jesper Blomqvist, Nicklas Soderblom och Mats Walstrom bra mat, gick vidare till Skona Sondag på Berns. Traffa bland annat Carola (som alla vet vem det ar), hon såg lika bra ut som på bilderna.
Avsluta min kväll med min blog, vi syns imorgon ;)

Grand Hotel

Good Morning

I have arrived in Stockholm, great to be home ;) Staying @ the Grand Hotel, last time I was here was it so much snow, today it was sunny and warm jippi.
Hade a nice meal in my room with my friends, showered and got ready for party time.
Went to Sturecompagniet after all meet and greet with all kind of people coming from everywhere, it's so crazy, it gives me a great satisfaction to see how many people loves me:) we had so much fun, met somebody very special ;) It's now 4.30am and the sun is coming up, I have to go to bed because I am having a photo shoot tomorrow.

Hi

Guess what I am on my way to my home country Sweden! I am so excited, cant wait to spend time with some very special people ;) I am so lucky having them in my life.

My day was all about planing for my trip.

I refuse to be unhappy, refuse to let my troubles multiply, I just take them one by one.... I am optimistic. I believe in myself at all times and in all aspects of my life. My successful life was meant to be. I trust that whatever happens there is someone who will understand. This is my wisdom of the day;)

Something that really bothers me is:

Men that use soft fabric cloth from China to cover up their bald spots on their heads. How pathetic is that! Just accept reality of life.
Hairy butts, saggy...... you know what;)
Fake people and there is a lot of them out there.
The worst of all is when they pretend to be romantic and caring when they really don't care for you at all.

Today I was filming all they, can't say what it was, surprise in May!!
It was a very emotional decision.

My day have been busy with organizing my trip to Sweden. Lots of paperwork and talking with different people. The weather today was not very good, cloudy and windy. Perfect day for all this.

The best of today, was all the wonderful and kind comments about my Show AASA.
That is all that matters. Life is good and I could not ask for more. Happy Happy ;-)

I also found little room for shopping, workout clothes for my session tomorrow ;)
I colored my eyelashes so I don't need to use mascara.

Vi blev bjudna pa Toast Skagen, ni kan tro jag mos, oh sa gott det var ;)

Akte vidare till ett annat stalle, som jag kommer att skriva om pa min blogg imorgon;)vilken underbar dag idag.

Hamtade barnen i skolan, tog dom for lunch pa Johnny Rockets. Varldens basta milkshakes, barnen var i himmlen ;)Sedan blev det att leta efter leksakerna 'How to train your dragon' figurerna. Var slutsalt overallt. Men hittade dem till slut efter manga om och men.

Nu ar det dags for myskvall och gora mina naglar, manicure och pedicure, sa skont ;)

People ask me all the time, what kind of skin care products do you use. I always get comment's on, what do you do, or use your skin is so perfect. So I would like to share with all of you, my beauty secrets. These are the products I use every day:

Jag far manga forfragningar om vad jag anvander for skonhets produkter. Jag hor standigt vad fin hy du har, vad gor du? Sa nu ska jag dela med mig mina
skonhetsknep ;) Dessa produkter anvander jag dagligen:

First its important how you clean your face. I use Dermabrasion 3 times/week, to deep clean and remove dead skin cells.

Follow up with Intral Toner

Then I use Stimulskin Plus, it's a rejuvenating Lifting Serum

Followed by Chamomile Aromatic Care, only 3 drops.

On my eyes I start with Eye Serum, it's good for dark Circles and De-puffing
on top of that i will use Arovita Eye and Lip Contour Gel( it's smells so good)

I finish of with Divine Lifting Creme

I would like to know why people intentionally want to hurt somebody???
Why is it so difficult to do the right thing? Instead people choose to live in revenge and hatred?
Today I was blown away how somebody turned on me when I thought we had a commitment?

Diggiloo diggiley, alla tittar pa mig dar jag gar i mina gyllene skor ;)

Idag ska jag dela med mig lite av min shopping som jag gjorde i Beverly Hills.
Jag kopte en liten kort kort sommardress fran Louis Vuitton, sa sexig, och dar hittade jag aven ett par guldsneakers med sidenband. Pa Tod's kopte jag ett par guldsandaler. Mycket guld idag ;)

Diggiloo diggiley, everybody is looking @ me when I am walking in my golden shoes.
Went for shopping in Beverly Hills, found a short beautiful summer dress at Louis Vuitton. They also had some golden shoes with silk ribbon as shoelaces.
I also found some golden shoes at Tod's, lots of gold today.

Idag mondag var det tillbaka till traning. Det gick segt pga all ridning igar, hade lite traningsvark. Tvattade min bil (inte jag personligen, men min Handwash som jag aker till). Darefter akte jag till Kinko's och gav killen sitt storsta jobb nagonsin. Han ska kopiera alla mina tidnings artiklar, och satta dom pa en CD samt trycka ut dom till A4 sidor. Han kunde inte fatta att jag hade sa manga artiklar.
inte jag heller for den delen ;)

Hamta Elli fran skolan, at lunch grillad kyckling med gronsaker och pasta. Darefter tog vi henne till Ridningen. Trava nastan hela tiden hon tyckte det var sa kul. Det tyckte inte min assistent (pga ont i rumpan).

Kom hem lekte med vara hundar en Golden Retriver Benji & Labrador Blanket.
Dom var helt tokiga idag. Hojdpunkten for hundarna ;)

Pa kvallen blev det film och myskvall, jag smet ivag pa en middag i Beverly Hills.


Today Monday I started with my workout, did not go so well, due to my soreness from yesterdays riding. Went to my cars wash to get my car washed. It's such a treat and nice, not to have to do it yourself. Went to Kinko's to have my newspaper articles copied over to Cd's and A4 prints. Gave the guys the biggest job ever. The guy could not believe all the articels on me, (I can't either)

Picked my daughter Elli up from school came home, had lunch Chicken Legs with vegetables and pasta. Went to the Stable to rid horses. So much fun, my assistant did not have as much fun, due to his soreness in his butt, from riding yesterday ;)

Then we played with the dogs and they got their workout, they went crazy, the highlight of the day for them.

At night we watched a movie and had nicknack's, then I went for dinner in Beverly Hills ;)

Malibu State Park

Today, it was horseback riding in Malibu State Park. Look at this pictures, can you believe we are in Los Angeles, this is why I love living here. You have the Nature, Beaches, Mountains for skiing, Shopping and the Desert, I can't ask for more.

Came back home, took my 2 Dogs Benji & Blanket for a 2 hour walk, guess who was happy ;)

Starving after all that activity, we went to have dinner in Malibu, it was a treat.
Drove back to Calabasas, went to Barnes & Nobles (my favorite bookstore). I was reading every horoscope I could find. Angels are watching over me ;) My eyes suddenly saw the music store, yes I am old fashion. I guess I am the only person on this planet who buys Cd's instead of downloading. I bought the following artists:
Lady Gaga-the fame monster, Black Eyed Peas- the end, Nelly Furtado- loose, and last JUSTIN BIEBER- my world 2.0. I give them all FIVE STARS *****.

Bonjour from LA

Due to all my fan mails I only got 5 hours of sleep, I feel like Spongebob today.
Having my eggs and hard bread for breakfast, my thoughts went to Sweden. I decided to go to IKEA and buy my nicknax. They stopped getting my favourite chocolate, Marabou with NUTS, I need it, why are they doing that to me? HELP!
Instead I loaded up with Prinskorvar, Rakost, Strawberry and Cloudberry Jam and Singoalla jumjum

Driving home, we ended up in a cowboy parade, wow it was mind blowing.( see pictures)

Because of that, we decided to take a guided horseback riding tour through the mountains, down to Malibu, starting tomorrow Sunday morning. I wonder how I will be feeling in my legs after 6 hours riding, ouch ;-(

Went to office depot to buy envelopes to put all my signed idol card for my fans.
I slide my credit card through and stood there waiting.
After a while, I gave a remark saying to the guy: Wow it's taking a long time, he responded I need your 4 #!!
I am like great why are you not telling me that? The guy was in slow motion, we had to hide our faces, so he would not see us falling apart laughing.

Now we are on the way to the movies to see CLASH OF THE TITANS, scary, will let you know what I think of the movie.

Today was a very long technical day, it's unbelievable how we are dependent on the computer system, when it doesn't work you whole life stops. That was my day.
I am sorry I was not able to talk with anybody today.

My day ended very well, I was picked up by my friend, went for dinner in Malibu on Nobu, had susui, so good, I eat too much, some strange people arrived, one girl and one guy very odd, suddenly the girl pored her drink on the floor, because the waiter gave her the wrong drink, I was stunned could not believe somebody would do that.

Came home talked about life in general ;-)lots of thoughts went threw my mind.

ANKA LIFE

Hello Sweden and the rest of the world.

Today was a very important day in my life ;-)First I had a meeting(the future will tell) Second I did my Taxes (auch not good ;-() Down side of making money is that you have to give away more than you make.

Third I went to Beverly Hills to shop, I bought shoes @ TODS, a dress @ Dior and a present @ Dolce&Gabbana that I bought for my friend in Sweden that I keep very close to my heart.

Came home, worked with my computer guy. Meanwhile my dear employees were making dinner for us. Turkeypatties and 'Klyftpotatis' with salad. Best of it was our Italien Sparkling Wine.

The highlight of the day was when my assistant got served by my X-Husband.
We cracked up with laughter.

Last thing I did was answearing all my fan mail, I cant belive all the people who loves me and how I have touched their lives. Once again, thank you all for your support.

After 10 med Malou

Thank you all for watching my show "Anna Anka soker Assistent'
I love the feedback from everybody, it makes me happy to know that you like it.

Today I started my day working out, after that I went to Ken Paves salon in Beverly Hills to do my hair. ( Highlights & Cut)I was there for 4 hours. During my visit I chatted with friends, everybody could not believe I had my computer with me @ the salon.I have become addicted ;-)

Came home had my wonderful homemade chicken soup, made by my Nanny sweet little "Habibi"

I heard that there was a replay of my show with Malou on TV4, thank yo all for watching. As you can see in the picture,I am standing with Malou and my dear friend and mentor Bjorn Ranelid.

Today I spend my whole day chatting, with all my wondeful fans, everything everybody said today, I took to my heart. It made me really happy knowing, there is more people who loves me, even though there is many sick people, who say very bad things about me on Internet. Today I will give all of you, a little bit of everything.
Here are som pictures from the other day. I went to Disneyland with my children. It's such a great place for children, they love being there. We also went to Magic Mountain, there are some crazy rides, I would not go on. I was to afraid. When I was a child I just to love it, but not anymore.
My weekend was great, enjoyed it with my family & friends. Be safe ;-)

Easter Sunday LA Spa Day ;-)

Today is a pamper day for Anna Anka, I love being taken care of. I think it's very important for everybody to feel nurtured. I will start with a Manicure & Pedicure, there after I will have some strong and stady hands to rubb my body. After that I feel complete. Only one thing missing :-) ;-) but it's nothing I will or can write about! I think you know what it is ;-)

Anna Anka's Favourite Butt Exercise!

I'm getting a lot of requests and comments about my beautiful butt and everybody is wondering, what is my secret? First, it's my lifestyle and my passion for health and fitness. Second, I have dedicated a lot of years and disiplined myself. Today I want to share with all of you, one of my favourite exercises, I promise you - this one works!

This is how you do it:
Lay on a ball, lift one leg at a time and keep your butt tight. Hold for 3 seconds and then switch leg. Do 30 reps, 15 on each leg.
Make sure it's not how high you can lift your leg, the focus is on the butt. Keep your leg straight at all time.
This exercise can be done anywhere, all you need is a ball.
