Started my day @ Redcord Clinic.
Neurac is a new treatment method for long-term
musculosketetal pain. It aims to regain normal
functional movement patterns in patients with
musculoskeletal disorders by using high
levels of neuromuscular stimulation.
Yes and I suffer from an accident that
happened to me when I was 14 years old :(
I don't know what I would have done without Redcord?
They are my saviors!
Came back did my own workout, 30 min intervals (running).
Weights legs, back and butt.
Back to the dance studio for my second day of dancing :)
Looks so easy when you see other people do it.
Trust me it is not. Glenn sees some hope in me :)
Finished my day with a faboulus white fish, asparagus and
a salad with tomatoes, cucumber and bluecheese :)
Now I feel pretty fried, need a massage for my feet!

My guess; the winner of lets dance: Anna Anka! You dont do anything less then perfect, so you are gonna dance until you stand there as the winner, theres just how it works:)! I envy people who can dance, im like à tree on à dancefloor:) big hug to you Anna!
