In making our bodies as efficient and youthful as possible, proper exercise helps the body resist the ravage of aging both mental and physical.
As we get older the skin become less elastic, the muscles become tight and the bones become brittle.
This aging process begins early as children, when they are made to sit @ a desk for many hours @ a time. Many of the round their backs which places great stress on their spine and starts to deteriorate their posture.
I recommend children to start with horseback riding or gymnastics. it's all about the posture.
My book 30 min pregnancy workout is based on Olympic Training, I truly recommend the exercises ( and you don't have to be pregnant to do them). Jerzy & Angela without you I could never have done this ;)
Many of you have asked if I can recommend any meal plans.
So I would like to share one of my favorites:)
TOMATO stuffed with egg whites and salmon paste
All you need is the following:
2 Egg whites hard-boiled and chopped
1/3 Cup of smoked or poached wild salmon
1 Large tomato
Cucumber sliced
1 tsp of parsley, chopped
1 tsp of dill, chopped
Mustard
Salt & Pepper
Cut of the top of the tomato, put the top aside and spoon out the inside of the tomato, Prepare the paste by placing the salmon, parsley, dill mustard and salt & pepper in a blender. Mix the paste with the egg whites in a bowl.
stuff the mix into a tomato and cover it with the tomato top.
Serve with slices of cucumber.
