Eye Tint

I am so excited for our trip to Sweden. Today we did our last shopping for everything we need for our trip. All our nicnacs :)

I did my Eye lash tint, so I don't have to use mascara, and it looks so good when you have a tan, with the blond hair, ohlala ;)

We had lunch at our favorite restaurant La Scala, chicken chopped salad, with raw garlic in olive oil and bread, yum.

Picked up my CD with all my new pics, they were so good, you have to wait little longer to see them :(

Then I drove by cookie diet, that must be the joke of the year!
Who would want to eat cookies all day? disgusting :0

Finished packing all the bags, we had to sit on them to be able to close them.

Now I have to do all my paperwork, make sure everything is done for tomorrows trip:)

Hi All

Getting ready for my vacation in Sweden. Today was a busy day organizing all for my trip. Laid by the pool last day before I leave. Oh I will miss my California sun.
I hope we will be lucky with the weather in Sweden :)

Now I am running out with some friends for some drinks :)

Gel Nails

What a pamper day I had today ;)

Workout in the morning, it was hard today, because I only got 5 hour of sleep.
All the e-mails were coming in all night. I don't know what I would do without my blackberry :)

Came back had a body scrub and a steam, laid out by the pool, working on my tan, so many good looking guys. My nanny was in heaven :)

Tonight I have been doing my gel nails, so pretty, love it.
Takes about 3 hours to do them, but it's worth the time.

Time to get ready for tonight, we are meeting some fun people, cant say their names, maybe some pics tomorrow ;)

Sorry I am late with my blog, just finished my day :)

Today I had a photo shot @ the beach, for what I can't say yet :)

Just came back from having dinner @ Mastros, we were the last ones to leave (strange).

Taro Chips

Today I would like to share my snack TARO chips.

What I like about them is: it's a vegetable :)

Taro is delightfully nutty in flavor and lightly sprinkled with salt.
Also known as malanga and dasheen, is distinguished by it's characteristic
purplish-brown lines. A native to southeast Asia, it was first cultivated
over 4000 years ago, and introduced across the Pacific by ancestors
of the Polynesians.

The Illusions of Love

What is true love? Does it exist?

Contrary to the anatomy referenced in all our favorite love songs, love is not rooted in the heart, but in the brain.

By better understanding how the brain falls in love, we can learn about why the brain can get so obsessed with this powerful emotion. In fact, some scientists even see love as kind of addiction.

Thomas Insel and his colleagues at Emory university discovered that monogamous pair bonding has it's basis in the same brain reward circuits that are responsible for addiction to drugs such as cocaine and heroin. Their study was conducted in the prairie vole, a small rodent that mates for life. But the conclusions are probably true for humans too, which may explain why it is so hard to break up a long-term romantic relationship.

Losing someone you love is like going through withdrawal.
And remember, even if love is an illusion,
that doesn't mean it's not meaningful and real.

Zuma Beach

Today we spent our day at the beach in Malibu.
The dolphins were playing close to the shore and also a seal :)
We built a huge sandcastle, guess if we got a nice tan today.

My children got their favorite ice cream.

After that the kids wanted to go to the park. Guess if they had a long fun day outside :)

Hi Everybody.

Today I bought my washer and dryer, I am so excited because their new innovation.
They have a steam unit build in. What it does is for example:

If your clothes don't have any stains, all you have to do is to put your clothes in the steamer for 15 min, and it will sanitize and take any odor away.
My clothes that I used to take for dry cleaning I don't have to anymore.
Can you believe that? It's amazing, cant wait to use it.
This is a real toy for adults. It was expensive so I hope it was worth it.

Finished my day watching Tom Cruise new movie KNIGHT & DAY.
Oh I could not stop drooling, why does he have to be so good looking?
It was so funny, you all have to go and see it :)

Today I had my Krav Maga session with my friend Marcus, cant believe he even wanted to work me out, after his brutal fight last night :)

Today was a busy day. First it was last day of school for my children :)

Had lunch with MIKA from Sweden @ Beverly Hills Hotel, we had such a wonderful
time together.

Went to see my friend Marcus Kowal fight at the Strike Force game in Nokia Theatre. Lots of Swedish people. It was very disturbing for me to watch, I felt sick to my stomach and kept my eyes closed half of the time. We all went for after party at the
Lucky Strike in Downtown LA. Great night:) time for bed enjoy the pictures.

Here are my 4 TV shows that I have done the last 9 months it's (for the people that don't know) Hollywood Fruarna, will not show the picture because I think it's ugly :( Anna Ankas Jul, Stjarnkockarna and Anna Anka soker Assistent.
I really enjoy doing TV, and I hope the future will bring more ;)

My day was wonderful, spent it in court. I am very proud that we could agree to so many things today, it was very productive. It makes me happy to know that we did what was "in the best interest of the child".

We can kid ourselves. We can justify our actions. We can deny responsibility.
But in the quietness of our heart. We know the truth. Your inner voice will tell you. BE FAIR. It's about karma. If you're fair to others.... things will balance out in the end.

Our Saturday was great, went to Beverly Hills to shop clothes for my children.
Elli picked out 2 dresses for herself, so pretty :)and 2 bikinis.

We had lunch at Il Fornaion, ate my calamari and salad, the children loves the calamari. They had pizza and chicken fingers, also real feast today.

Next door to the restaurant is my favorite workout store, PH8 :)see pics.

Went to our favorite ice ream place, Menchie's. What's great about that place is that the children are allowed to take them self's what they want, real treat. Elli & Ethan went crazy. We also went to the park and played, came home and took a bath and finished with watching the movie Alice in Wonderland. Now it's time for Americas Most wanted :)

Went to clean my teeth @ the dentist office. I do that every 3 months. My favorite, to be fresh in your mouth is a must. My nanny dragged me to Camarillo Outlets.

You will not believe me but we were there for 5 hours, my back is killing me.
Now were are going to the spa to have a scrub and steam.

ATTACKED

Today I was attacked by this man, in front of my son Ethan, who was terrified to watch his mother get attacked. This man has been harassing and following me and my Nanny, for the last 6 months. He has been trying to serve my Nanny and by law you can't serve somebody who is not American Citizen!

Followed by this, my son Ethan was pulled out from school this morning by a stranger. When I arrived @ school to pick him up, I was informed that somebody had already picked up my son. I called 911, Police came to school and wrote a report. They located my son and it turned out that he was @ his fathers house. His father is on tour in Europe, not even in the USA. My son was not allowed to come with me because we don't have a court order in regards to the custody of our son. So my son is with some stranger that I don't even know who they are. Great legal system we have in the USA!!!
Now I know why people take the law in their own hands, because when you need help you cant get any! How can this be in the best interest of the child not being with his mother or father??? Because this is all about using my son Ethan as a TOOL, to hurt me and my children.

Today we went furniture shopping, as we all know we were left with nothing, when we were evicted from our family home. It feels so nice to start all over again, I love decorating :) Found so many beautiful pieces today.

Pacific Design Center is the best place in Los Angeles, the stuff they have in there is unbelievable, you got to stop yourself.
I can't wait to put it in our new home ;)

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster. To me being a gangster was better than being president of United States. Even before I first wandered into a cab stand for an after school job I knew I wanted to be part of them. It was there that I knew that I belonged. To me it meant being somebody in a neighborhood that was full of nobodies. They weren't like anybody else..... I was the luckiest kid in the whole world. I could go anywhere. I could do anything. I knew me...... It was part of something and I belonged.

My day was great, found the house where I will be living in with my children.
It's perfect for us and I could not ask for anything more. We will move in the beginning of Aug. Today I also interviewed different bodyguards, hmm nice guys ;)

Started my day with a new workout program today, already sore. It has been a very relaxing day, laid by the pool and got sunburned, not fun - I am on fire :(
Had a fabulous lunch, Greek salad with grilled chicken, very healthy.
