Today my friend Ann called an woke me up 11am, I can't remember last time
I sleept that long? I wonder why??

What makes a "NICE PERSON" nice? Short after my phone call today I started
reflecting on how nice the person was, and I actually started wondering why
some people in life come across as "NICE" and other "NOT SO NICE"
What is it about them? Are they friendly? Are they helpful or is it simply
that they SMILE alot?

Idag var det en Busy dag :)

Borja dagen med att Filma en show, tyvarr ar det hemligt :(
jag far inte avsloja nagot annu. Men sa kul vi hade det.
Hittat min nya van for livet :)

Efter 2 timmars forsening fick jag stressa vidare till Dagbladet som skulle gora
intervju med mig. Det blev ett valdigt djupt och kanslomassigt samtal.

Idag fick Shiela min van sitt Baby Boy :) sa glad for hennes skull.
Vilken fantastisk resa hon har framfor sig.

Avsluta dagen med dans, idag testade GJ vekligen min styrka.
han kraver valdigt mycket av mig! Helen Helen :) internt skamt som vi har.
Sa glad att jag fick honom som min danspartner! Sa kul vi har ihopa :)

Resentment

The problem with living in the PAST is that it inhibits change
and is therefore inherently pessimistic!
To acknowledge that we have been harmed by another
but choose to let go of our resentment or wishes for
retribution requires a high order of emotional and ethical maturity.

We are all burdened by memories of injury or rejection or unfairness.
Holding on to these grievances with a bitter determination that causes
both of you to become preoccupied with ME.
Both of you need to stop holding me responsible for your unhappiness!
You need to move on with your life. The only people who will suffer
from this are the children! They are innocent!
They deserve a fair childhood! They need their mother!

If every misfortune can be blamed on me, you are relieved of the
difficult task of examining your own contributory behavior.

Coming to terms with your past is inevitably a process of forgivness,
of letting go, the simplest and most difficult of all human endeavor.

What a fantastic day today! Life is great!

Having a late night with pathetic information from the US,
I turned it into something beautiful. I am getting stronger and that feels great!
What part don't both of you understand? you can't touch me!
It doesn't matter what you say or do. You are both bunch of lowlifes!
And stop hurting innocent people that can't defend themselves!
You want to fight with me? Come on I am ready, you piece of SHITS!

Did my dance 4 hours ;) we went for lunch Nam Nam real good!
Looked around in Oslos their biggest Mall.

Had the greatest night with the girls:)
We had dinner, saw my Show Fangarna Pa Fortet.
It was such a feeling to WIN! then we went down to the bar.
Did not want the evening to end :)

TV2

Har ar en bild fran Bergen, sa himla vackert.
Men vi hade otur med vadret regn :(

Kvallen var lyckad, god mat och trevliga manniskor.
Efter ett glass vin var jag helt somnig.
Gick hem och krama kudden :)

Flog hem till Oslo tidigt, akte till Redcord for min traning.
Dar efter blev det danstraning. Idag var jag som Gele :(
At daligt och hade inte nagon ork. GJ fick bara mig en hel del idag.
Leta efter mat pa dans studion. Men fanns inget.
Allt vi hitta var gammla morotter, bruna bananer :(
Siri vi behover lite snacks :)

Idag aker jag till Bergen for TV2 stora Hostlansering :)

La Belle Sol

Getting up this morning after a night out
in Oslo was very hard ;(
What a night! What a night!
Can't even tell you guys all
the crazy things that happened ;)


Thank you Jimmy for giving me the royal treatment!
This night I will always remember. We had the best time :)

Coming in for my dance training this morning
My dance teacher GJ got me a skirt for my Waltz.
How sweet is that ;) thank you GJ!

After training we went to have lunch, great food.
Suddenly the sky opened and the rain was falling down hard.
I was runing with flip flops so LA! not very smart!

We finished our day watching a movie:
Rise of the Planet of the Apes, good movie
little sad, during the show somebody shit in their pants.
the smell was unbearable, Jesus Krist I was dying!

My Habibi Emma

Det har ar mitt andra hem, dansstudion ;)

Efter tre timmars traning och jag trodde att tranarens
jobb var att halla mig pa en bra diet, men istallet
tar han mig till ett pizzastalle i Oslo!
Riktigt gott med gud vilken skam jag kanner,
tur att vi ska dansa tre timmar imorgon ;)

Darefter var det stor jakt efter en langkjol
som jag behover till min vals.
Eva, du kanske kan sy en och skicka till mig?
Tyget behover tyngd i sig :)

Efter flera timmars strosande pa stan tillsammans med GJ
var det tid for girltime med min alskade habibi.
Var nere pa Akke Brygge (eller hur det nu stavas).
Vi sprang pa en svensexa dar killen bad mig kopa ett gosedjur
men tyvarr hade vi inga pengar med oss :(
tankte "oh, vilket misstag du gor" men onskade honom all lycka!

Nu ar det dags to see Oslo by night..
Oslo, you better watch out!
Because my dress is hot hot hot ;)
You need to see my habibi,
I have to keep her on a leach.

My Backyard

I have such a routine in my life,
and today I really missed it.
Especially after I spoke to my children :(

For me being in Norway is not only that
I need to learn to dance!
I need to learn a new language, new society,
find new foods, new hair dresser, new dry cleaning place,
new massage therapist and the list goes on and on.

My 3rd day of dance training went well, showed my teacher
some Waltz move I want us to do :)
My feet feels better after keeping them on ice all day!

Neurac

Started my day @ Redcord Clinic.
Neurac is a new treatment method for long-term
musculosketetal pain. It aims to regain normal
functional movement patterns in patients with
musculoskeletal disorders by using high
levels of neuromuscular stimulation.
Yes and I suffer from an accident that
happened to me when I was 14 years old :(
I don't know what I would have done without Redcord?
They are my saviors!

Came back did my own workout, 30 min intervals (running).
Weights legs, back and butt.

Back to the dance studio for my second day of dancing :)
Looks so easy when you see other people do it.
Trust me it is not. Glenn sees some hope in me :)

Finished my day with a faboulus white fish, asparagus and
a salad with tomatoes, cucumber and bluecheese :)

Now I feel pretty fried, need a massage for my feet!

Supadance

Today I sent presents to my dear children.
It breaks my heart thinking about them :(

Had lunch @ Dinner, my new favorite, spicy & hot.

Got the pleasure to be with Tommy, got a good education about
the Food in Norway, many new things for me to try.
We are pretty much alike when it comes to food ;)
Tommy I can't say enough thanks, you are the best!

Then it was time for my first dance lesson, I feel so bad for my
dance partner to teach me! "The Duck to become the Swan ;)

My shoes looks like grandma shoes, they need some Swarofski diamonds!
But they were comfortable, maybe not let's see tomorrow.

My disadvantage is the language, god it's hard to learn something new in
a language that you barley understand :(

Norway

Hade sov morgon idag ;) sedan kom min van Johan Petr'e fran Stockholm.
Forst akte vi och hade lunch pa ett sushi stalle, jattegott.

Tillsammans akte vi runt och kollade i Oslo, Johan var riktigt duktig pa att hitta! Vilken vacker natur fast att det regna mellan varven. Hade fika vid vattnet,
at hemalagad applekaka med jattegod vaniljglass.
Pa vagen tillbaka korde vi forbi Utoya och la en nalle pa blommstergraven.
Norway I give my deepest condolences.

Avsluta dagen med middag pa Theatercafe'en, gick vidare for att se filmen Super 8.
Misstag visste inte att det var en barnfilm :(

Dancing with the Stars "Skal vi danse" Norway 2011

Hi Everybody,

Long time no see ;) I am back on my blog!

The reason is: I am doing my new show "Skal vi Danse" in Norway.
